Zach's Mission

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a good Christmas and that you'll enjoy New Years!  Christmas Eve and Christmas were pretty fun! We got to stay out late and ate a lot of food and also sang lots of Christmas Carols so it was pretty fun honestly! We went to a kind of far away part of our area the other day and we got to play soccer with these kids which was pretty fun. We also saw these like 5 random super little puppies which was pretty cute We had a musical number in sacrament where all of the missionaries sang and a family and Investigator of the church played instruments! It was really fun Yesterday it was raining so hard, the streets just completely flooded and we got soaked but our shoes were actually just filled with water it was a little bit uncomfortable hahaha but it was pretty funny I hope everyone has a good New Years!! Hello everyone!! Merry Christmas! I hope everyone is ok!! And I hope you are all enjoying the Christmas season! This week was so awesome! We had a lot of time to work in the field and we had a Christmas party for the mission!! It was pretty fun our mission president danced which was pretty awesome I got some custome ties this week that are so cool I think I'm so funny We had our last Christmas concert this week too which was fun to see missionaries and to finish up the concert! Hey everyone!!  This week was transfers! I am in a new area called Lourdes Colón which is actually really really cool! Also my new companion Elder LaMarr is awesome and we have been having a ton of fun together. The new house is a little bit gross the kitchen is kind of like an unfinished basement dungeon thing but it has air conditioning and wifi so it is pretty good We were walking around the street contacting people and this kid knocked over his Christmas tree in his house and his mom freaked out it was pretty funny We had a Christmas concert for the missionary choir this week too, and that was fun. Also we had our ward Christmas party but we couldn't go to it because of the concert but it was still cool and a good concert Overall it has been pretty fun here, we share the ward with some sisters who are really fun and the ward members here are super awesome. It has been super fun and I've really liked being in this area! The zone is also awesome and has been super super fun! ...

Well guys it's happening, after 5 transfers on Wednesday I'm going to...just kidding I can't say yet because other missionaries don't know yet but I'm excited to be leaving the office and getting back into the field full time again!! I'll let you guys know what happens next week! This was kind of a crazy week, only us secretaries have pday today so it's kind of odd but it's not too bad OK a lot of you other missionaries have gone home recently...kind of crazy because that means I don't have too much time left either😵‍💫 We had zone council, then interviews with president, then we got the transfers, then we have been making routes and preparing everything all week so it has been pretty busy for us. We also have had a couple of Christmas concerts with the missionary choir thing which was been fun! Hey everyone!  This week was pretty good! To start off we had Thanksgiving on Thursday, and to be honest we had these awesome plans to go to Denny's and stuff but then we had a lesson/tour at the temple chapel that went late so we went home and ate pupusas instead, which was honestly fine. Pretty cool that next Thanksgiving I'll be home though😛 We had a lot of divisions this week! A division is where you go with another missionary to work for a couple of hours with someone new. I had one with my old comp and current house mate Elder Hendel, one with one of my Zone Leader Elder Jarman, and one with one of the APs Elder Aulla. It was great to be with all of them and try to talk to as many people as possible in the street. I learned a ton from them and it was a lot of fun! It's kind of scary to just talk to randos in the street but it is pretty fun actually We did end up going to Denny's this week, just the day after Thanksgiving.
