Zach's Mission

HELLO EVERYONE Hope that everyone is doing well and all, but we are gonna try and keep this a little shorter today... I had a split this week where I went with another missionary for 24 hours, and it was SO FUN. I was in a house of 4 missionaries total, so dinner, lunch, and the night time was so much fun just hanging out and talking. I also loved playing basketball in the morning for exercise, just a super super fun day overall. Probably one of the best of the whole mission. Poor Elder Risenmay had to leave and I took his place for the day, which is why it was the new hype house. He took an L while I took a W😆 I saw a tree with a ton of chickens in it, am I the only one who didn't know that chickens like went in trees?🧐 I also saw this dude standing up on the back of a semi truck in like the bed of it, and that was pretty funny. HELLO EVERYONE That's right, I'm back again. Back to the regular Monday emails. I really love toast. I bought 2 loaves of bread and a stick of butter this week and man oh man I LOVE IT. I LOVE TOAST. It shouldn't be that good and honestly it isn't even that good. If you can't tell there isn't much to write about in this email🥸 With transfers this week, my district and area changed a little bit. Now, there are 3 areas in Versailles, which means 2 new missionaries in my ward! 1 of them is Elder Sanderson who started the mission the same day as me and was in my Mexico Training Center house, so that has been really fun! We are all a district, and yesterday we had lunch at a members house, all 6 of us, so it was basically a district activity. It was pretty fun to walk back and take the bus home together too. It must have been a pretty funny sight for people driving by to see 6 missionaries running across the highway. The only thing is that the other 2 sets of Elders...

Hello Everybody!!!! Did ya miss me?? That's right this email is coming to you today on Wednesday instead of Monday like usual! The week went by kind of slowly because of the long gap between my P-Days, but it was still pretty good! The reason why my P-Day is today is because transfers are tomorrow! Transfers are basically where people move areas, switch companions, neither, or both! UPDATE ON WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY TRANSFERS RAPID FIRE EVENTS😆 -had interviews with the mission president and his wife, super fun to get to talk to them and get to know them a little better -playing ping pong at this dude's house, he beat me every time but still fun -"Hotline Bling" by Drake, "September" by Earth Wind and Fire, "Wake Me Up, Before You Go-Go" by WHAM, and "Feels" by Pharrell Williams in stores this week🔥, also some Taylor Swift if you are really into that -seeing this dude in a giant pile trench thing of flaming garbage raking around with 4 dogs...

FOTOS Hey everybody! How is everyone doing?? What kind of stuff are people up to? How is school going? Send me updates and pictures🙃 This week was pretty solid! The past 3 weeks in the field have gone by about 244% faster than the first 2 did, which I am very very grateful for🙏 I had exchanges again this week, this time with Elder Bustillo! It was a little interesting because he is from Honduras and only speaks Spanish, so you know I was getting that practice in, but let me tell you it was pretty rough and by the end of the day I was pretty exhausted mentally and physically. Their area is very big and doesn't have buses so lots of jungle hiking🚶‍♂️⛰️🌴 Kinda weird story while I was there was when we were at a members house for a visit, and we were walking out the door and heard some noise from behind it, and we thought maybe it was a cat or something? Hello everybody!! Happy October!! This week the email will probably be a little short, but first and foremost I want to talk a little bit about General Conference, just so many good good words and advice that we can receive from living apostles and the prophet, so so good!! If you wanna read or listen to some talks from Saturday and Sunday email me and I'll direct you🤟 Not much really happened this week, my brother had his birthday shoutout Andrew for that!  I did splits with my Zone Leader Elder Risenmay! For those of you who don't know what that is a split is where you go with a different companion for 24 hours, and it was so fun being with him he is such a cool guy and we had some really really good laughs, it was so much fun!
